Hello... It's been a while since I last updated my blog. Hmm... Well, my study week started last Monday. Below is my exam schedule: Tuesday, 11 November - Health, Safety & Environmen Thursday, 13 November - Mechanical Engineering Thermodynamics I Monday, 17 November - Structured Programming Tuesday, 18 November - Vector Calculus Thursday, 20 November - Introduction to Material Science & Engineering Yeah, that's not so bad, is it? I mean, the gaps between the papers. Anyway, while I'm still here, I might as well be a boring guy and tell the whole world what I'm gonna do after my exam. Well, actually I'm going for the 13th Malaysian National Convention (MNC) from 4 December to 7 December. Maybe some of you remember that I blogged about the 12th MNC which I joined in December last year. This time, it's at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC). In the mean time, I'll be roaming the streets of KL and Penang - burning my cash on food. Penang for the good ol' road-side stuff, and KL for the classy stuff. That's basically how it's gonna go down. P/S Richard and I are taking the same flight back to Kuching on 7 December. It's an evening flight - I can't remember the exact time though.... And also, my Celcom number is back online! It's 019 826 7993. I can also be reached at 017 534 9390. Teeheehee. How I got it back? I'll save it for the semester break. All the best to y'all out there who are having exams. SPM, STPM, in your colleges/universities - it's crunch time again. Oh ya! I'll be switching to a new blog soon, will put the URL up once I'm done tweaking it.

At 7.30am this morning, I received a phone call from my mother. Over the phone, she told me that my grandmother (her mother) passed away at 1.00am.
Numb-ness.
Heartfelt condolences? I don't even know who to address it to.
To my number one, whether you will see this or not: Happy birthday.
I'm looking forward to the time when I can watch you sleep without having people suspect us of indulging in premarital sex. And by the way, you look beautiful even when you're sleeping. Now you have a pink Lil Yen Pinng to accompany you. Lil Javier and Big Javier will be missing you a bit more than usual - so don't forget us okay? Happy birthday Yen Pinng.
For those who are curious about how my trip to Redang was.. do visit the link below! Have fun looking at the photos! Island Retreat @ The Kooky JarWhen I get back home this coming holidays in late November or early December, I'll probably upload some of them into my Facebook... I could even show all the few hundred photos if any of you have time to lepak with me. Gotta go... Lots of work to do. Cannot waste time anymore.
I'm an XP user, but I want my computer to look like Vista... (Ulat nak jadi naga.. -_-) So I installed the Vista Inspirat Theme. Now my computer looks like this: (Sorry about the small screen shot)
The theme pack not only changed appearance but sounds and icons as well. My wallpaper didn't come with the theme pack, though. I got it from someone in UTP. I hid my desktop icons because got a lot stuff, and it looks messy. My taskbar actually auto-hides, but I turned off auto-hide to get the screenshot. At the bottom there you can see Rocket Dock. On the right side is Google Desktop - an imitation of the Vista sidebar for XP users. But many things now look like Vista. For example, when busy, in XP, the mouse would have that hourglass thing. But now mine looks like the Vista one - the turning green ring. And when I cut/copy and paste files, the window that shows the progress has that animation thing. I don't know how to say it, but my point is that my computer looks like Vista now. Bleah... I also installed something called UberIcon. It's a light software/plugin thingy that adds animation to your icons. Not much fancy stuff la, but maybe I'll go surf the Net to search for more stuff. Or altogether transform into Vista totally. Hehe.
One moment, I'm the happiest guy in the world. The next I'm the most immature boy, crouching at a corner moping over my knocked over ice lolly.
Cannot cannot... Must be firm, must have integrity. Sorry I'm a slow learner.
I know You gave The world Your only Son For us to know Your name To live within the Saviour's love And He took my place Knowing He'd be crucified And You loved, You loved You loved a people undeserving *** To Know Your Name - Hillsong United What great love is this? That people question. That people mock. "Jesus loves you? How do you know?" It's in the Bible: - John 3:16 "For God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."
- 1 John 4:10 "This is real love. It is not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins."
- Romans 8:38-39 "And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from His love. Death can't, and life can't. The angels can't, and the demons can't. Our fears for today, our worries about tomorrow, and even the powers of hell can't keep God's love away. Whether we are high above the sky or in the deepest ocean, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Died on the cross, bled at Calvary. You rose again, kicked Satan's butt real hard. Because of You Jesus, we are redeemed.
 | Blogspot | Sep 26, '08 10:52 PM for everyone |
I feel like switching back to Blogspot. Although I don't really like using it, but I have to admit that Blogspot has many plusses.
Allows for much more customization. With codes all over the Internet, copy and paste, zhng your blog! And for the more adventurous ones, you can do your own stuff. Like Ivan.
Your blog would load faster? Okay this is bullcrap because I made it up.
It so much "reader-friendly", because in Multiply, readers who type in your URL in the address bar and then hit "Enter" don't go straight to the journal. They get lost! (I was one such person.)
The links in Blogspot are easier to find. So if I add any new ones, it'll be obvious.
Very tempted lar....
...are officially here! It's the friggin mid-sem three-quarter-sem break yo! Flying Internet, abundance of free space, indulgence in movies and junk food, ever-silent atmosphere... Yeap, it's the holidays! Phew...Okay I'm going to be a stereotype blogger now by telling the whole world what I'm going to do. Saturday: Date with my girlfriend. Lepak at Ipoh. Sunday: Sunday Service. Monday: One-day honeymoon with my girlfriend. One-day trip to Cameron Highlands. Tuesday: Do project with my girlfriend. (No, project here does not refer to making babies or whatever you all can think of. Project refers to academic-related paper-work.) Wednesday: Try to finish another, different project. Thursday: RTM - Relax Tidur Makan. Friday: At 9.30pm, depart to Redang! Saturday-Monday: Hope Ipoh's Redang Retreat! Tuesday: Recharge! Wednesday: Semester resumes!
My dear friends, let it be known that I would take a bullet for you. Not because you'll do the same for me. I don't expect you to do the same. I would give up my life for you in order to save you because I love you. I want to be a unconditional friend who loves unconditionally. Damn I'm ranting.

Yo DotA fans out there! A friend here in UTP told me that there's a new Sentinel hero! I haven't got time to research about ADMIRAL PROUDMORE - CAPTAIN COCO. But based on the Google search results (no sorry I didn't go to any of the big, official DotA websites), the "latest" 6.55 map was leaked or something like that. Here's a link that you could follow: Admiral Proudmore
Am I to believe That a God would give His Son? Am I to believe That the world was bought with love? Am I to believe That a stranger died for me? Am I to believe That a Saviour set me free?
Cause I have felt the cold rain Run down my face Ive seen the sun rise up As the night turns to day I've heard the laughter As the children play But above all I just live to say that
Chorus: Yeah, oh yeah I believe in the God of love Yeah, oh yeah I believe in the risen son Am I to believe That the sick shall overcome? Am I to believe That my freedom has been won? I believe in You

You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected my tears in Your bottle. You have recorded each one in Your book.

I'm really sorry because I didn't wish Happy Birthday to quite a few people who have their birthdays on dates close to my own. Now I list out the people who wished me, in no particular order. And I'm sorry if I didn't reply your SMS, or Facebook SuperPoke, or Facebook FunWall posts, or Facebook HugMe, or whatever Facebook application. (LOL, everyone using Facebook for everything??) ...Because at one point, it started raining heavily, so the Wi-Fi signal was screwed. (I can only access Facebook using wireless) And LAN sucks so bad, I couldn't access Facebook. But anyway, thanks a lot.
